It's always a strange sensation to feel like you're seeing something you've seen before and not quite sure when or if you really have. So imagine, seeing something going one direction and then within days seeing the same thing going the opposite direction. So going east the Colorado River was on one side and going west it's on the other side.
All three of these photos were taking within a couple of hours. This is how fast the weather can change in the mountains.
From mountain passes to rocky outcroppings the vastness of the landscape is awe inspiring.
The fanciest campsite so far, or probably ever. Another beautiful backyard and truly gracious hosts. One more night after tonight and we'll be safely in our own home, the first building we will have entered in more than a week. What a world.
